Applicant Requirements

What we will require from you:

• Valid Passport/Birth Certificate
• Valid Work Permit (if applicable)
• Proof of Address
• Proof of National Insurance Number
• Bank Details
• Updated CV
• Passport Photographs x 2
• Proof of Immunisation Records (must include Hepatitis B)
• Full Details of 2 More Senior Referees, one being your most current employer
• Proof of Police Check (overseas applicants)

Qualified nursing staff will also be required to show:

• NMC PIN Card
• Statement of Entry
• Nursing and Midwifery Council

Qualified ODP's will also be required to show:

• Proof of AODP Registration

Allied Health Professionals will be required to show:

• Proof of HPC Registration
• Health Professions Council

Qualified Pharmacists will be required to show:

• Proof of RPSGB Registration
• Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain

It would also be beneficial if you brougth in any relevant certificates of training such as:
